This Workshop provides the a necessary introduction to Teen Mental Health. We cover stress relief, feelings of being overwhelmed, confidentiality, feelings of loneliness, anxiety, depression, relationships with family and others, as well as faith. $300 for a 2-Hour Session.

An Introduction to Muslim Mental Health Basics
This Workshop introduces the idea of dividing your day into thirds: One for Allah, One for Ourselves, And One For Our Responsibilities. Here we learn how to live intentionally with Allah in mind. We go over mental health basics that are in line with the Sunna. Workshops are $300 for a 2 hour session.
